Operating license for slaughterhouse
We have a team capable of monitoring procedures and clearances to get an operating license for cattle, sheep and swine slaughterhouse.
These works include reviewing lay-outs of plants, projecting amendments to achieve the customer requested categories, generating quality control plans (HACCP, SOP, GMP), and doing a monitoring plan for the adaptation processes and their operating systems in order to achieve the objectives.
